Dear Matrix, I am leaving you. The truth I feel inside of me is now the only thing that matters. I won’t play the game anymore. I won’t be the good girl and sacrifice myself to make peace. I won’t say yes when I feel no. I won’t be any of the roles you assigned to me. I won’t be disrespected and pretend I wasn’t.

I Am…and I know it.

I realize this will upset your control and order. I can see that anyone under your spell does not have eyes to see nor ears to hear what I am saying. Still, I say no to the game. I am leaving you.

Sorry, not sorry.

I am not a manipulator nor a temptress nor a crazy bitch nor any of the myriad of names assigned to a woman who chooses to stop being a codependent good girl and start claiming her sovereignty out of the matrix of misogyny that has entranced Western civilization.

I am wise. I am sovereign. I am mother. I am woman.

I don’t need to roar just because you won’t hear me. I can be kind and gentle and clear in myself as I walk away and do my own thing with other people who have opened their hearts and deconstructed what they thought was reality.

I don’t need you to change for me to change my life.

That’s freedom. That’s truth. That’s the end of the patriarchy.

Mother Earth is waking us up, one by one.

After floating for a couple of hours I now see all

After floating for a couple of hours I now see all the celebrations in my life.

With a recent disagreement with a male friend, I did not lose HER story in HIS story. This is huge. I actually advocated for myself while maintaining and expressing a desire to move forward into new energy. I didn’t give in to judgment or guilt or blame. I held my truth as my truth. I kept my heart open and was vulnerable and transparent. I did the deep inquiry over a weeks time, giving it lots of time for inner revelation. I saw my old patterns of giving up what I know to be true, or pretending to not see what is right in front of me, to keep the relationship with the masculine. And instead, I trusted my souls guidance poured out over a week of contemplation. I investigated all the projections, courageous to admit if there was any truth, and then let them go without needing to prove anything. There’s nothing to prove. I know what I know deep inside, and I trust myself. That’s a huge celebration ♥️

And with regards to my younger son leaving for his college town for good, I was able to move through the feeling of sadness and loss and into the celebration of how independent and strong and courageous my son is. Go Tanner!! You rock!!

Two hours of silent dark surrender reaps wonders for the soul when entered into with the honest invitation for truth to emerge within.

This is the dance of the forgotten yet re-emerging feminine that is calling us home to embrace all of who we are. The Great Mother knows all, sees all, hears all and aligns us in right timing with the situations and people that offer us the riddle, the puzzle, the reflection we need to advance our souls.

I highly recommend the new documentary about Leonard Cohen. It blessed me with heartfelt tears at the majesty of how this song has become its own force in our world of something sacred.
