It’s an inside job and we all have the inner resources and strengths to build upon. Harriet is a social worker and positive psychology coach and the founder of Rebuild Life Now. She has appeared on ABC and Fox News as a parenting coach and is one of the guest experts on WOR radio show, Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life. Harriet counsels clients in critical life situations as they cope with and grow beyond their painful circumstances. She is an enthusiastic speaker and workshop facilitator. She has just {independently) published her first book, Living Well Despite Adversity: Inspiration for Finding Renewed Meaning and Joy in Your Life.
